Isaiah 10:5-7,13-16; Mt 11:25-27
To whom does Jesus say his Father has revealed these things?
What does Assyria say it has plundered?
What will the Lord send among the stout warriors of Assyria?
A wasting sickess
Who alone knows the Father?
Anyone who seeks him
Who is the rod of the Lord's anger?
How does Assyria say ir has brought down those who sit on thrones?
Like a ram
Like a bull
Like a lion
Against whom must the axe not vaunt itself?
The one who does not use it
The one who wields it
The one who is helpless
What has Assyria's hand found?
The places where they are hiding
The wealth of the peoples
The treasurers that were hidden
What is in Assyria's heart?
To seek vengeance
What is the message of the readings of today?
Humility is required to know the Son and Father
Dependence on God is required to receive God's blessings
Our pseudo intelligence can prevent us from knowing and recognising God
Thanks for taking the Quiz. I hope it makes the word of God more relevant. Let me know on firstname.lastname@example.org. Suggestions are always welcome.
