    the answer is 5
    First Discourse: "Sermon on the Mount": 5–7

    Second Discourse: "Missionary Instructions": 10

    Third Discourse: "Collection of Parables": 13

    Fourth Discourse: "Community Instructions": 18

    Fifth Discourse: "Sermon on Eschatology": 23–25

    The Gospel of Matthew contains five discourses:-
    1. Sermon on the mount:- 5:1 – 7:28
    2. Mission Discourse:- 10:1 – 42
    3. Parable Discourse:- 13:1 – 52
    4. Community Discourse:- 18:1 – 35
    5. Eschatology Discourse:- 24:- - 25:46
